Battery For Olympus Camera
Olympus camera battery is stuck – how I can get out of here?
I've had my Olympus C765 camera for years, and today I have inserted the lithium-ion in the opposite orientation. I did not much resistance when inserted, so I thought it was okay, but the camera not turn on. I guess I have inserted the battery in the wrong direction. La moves the latch spring, but the battery does not appear as usual, and the battery is almost flush with the opening of the battery slot. Apart from taking it to a repair shop (I need a camera now), what I can do to the battery? If this has happened to you, let me know if you have some DIY tricks to take off the battery!
Turn the camera upside down and hit the battery compartment in the palm of your hand to see if the battery is moved. Do not use any tools! If things get worse, taken to be served.
